REQUIREMENTS:

  

• College or above.

• Maritime, international Trading, Business Administration subject is preferred

• At least 1 year ocean operation experience in freight forwarding industry

• Familiar with Microsoft office software

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & local language

• Familiar with ocean export process 

• Details & customer service oriented

• Hardworking, able to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Self-discipline and honesty

• Team player

• Willing to learn, improve & take up new assignments
  

POSITION SUMMARY  

• To handle day-to-day shipment arrangement and documentation collection, preparation and distribution ensuring consistent quality service is provided
• To prepare various export ocean documents, including shipping instructions, master & house bill of lading, manifest, AMS, ISF filing, and other necessary documents to comply with export regulations, import requirements, and destination clearances
• To coordinate and work with other departments ensuring an efficient workflow and smooth communication
• To support Operation Lead and manager in team development

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow standard operating procedures established

• Key in & timely update shipment information into relevant systems

• Prepare & on time submit relevant customs filings for compliance purpose

• Prepare/issue all required shipping documents

• Provide invoice and billing to customer and overseas office/agent.  Assure timely billing as per company policy

• Distribute pre-alert and required documents to appropriate parties in timely manner

• Handle enquiries from other team members or departments to ensure smooth communication & provide a timely response

• Update all the revenue/cost in a timely & accurate manner

• Other duties as assigned to the position
