1.Audit Senior
Job Responsibilities:
·Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of various clients, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants
·Recognize potential audit issues or unusual relationships and communicate to the team.
·Identify, research, and communicate technical matters to both clients and senior management
·Identify performance improvement opportunities
·Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
·Understand and utilize MB’s Audit Methodology, share knowledge with team members
·Supervise audit staff and interns on engagements
·Develop people through teamwork, integrity, and leadership

Qualifications:

·BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
·CPA qualification is preferred
·A strong command of English, especially written English
·Willingness to travel
·Proficiency in computer applications
·At least two years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting
·Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) and accounting procedures
·Ability to meet challenging client requirements, provide services, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities
·Able to interact effectively with both management and clients
