职位描述：
1. Support the Head of Corporate Compliance Legal and Head of APAC RIC and Compliance in conducting internal investigations into any alleged violations of criminal law (in particular anti-corruption and antitrust) and of related company policies (e.g. the OSRAM Business Conduct Guidelines) with respect to all businesses / operations in the APAC region;
2. Work closely with all Compliance Officers in the APAC region;
3. Collect, review and analyze documents and electronic data, conduct interviews and carry out any other necessary action;
4. Prepare concise, comprehensive and clear investigation reports / memos and risk assessments;
5. Monitor the implementation of remediation actions identified in compliance investigations;
6. Develop local expertise, skills and processes to improve investigation efficiency and quality in APAC;
7. Conduct and support compliance risk assessments focusing on anti-corruption and antitrust topics on entity level;
8. Assist in the anti-fraud projects / initiatives across the region;
9. Provide investigation / violation trend analysis;
10. Identify opportunities to improve the policies and procedures as well as compliance enforcement in business operations in the APAC region.

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or higher;
2. At least 3-4 years working experience in Audit, Legal, or related fields, preferably in the Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal or Risk Management departments of a multi-national company or the forensic accounting department of a Big Four firm or a law firm;
3. Good understanding of operational and business processes as well as of internal controls for a manufacturing organization;
4. Highest professional ethics and personal integrity;
5. Strong interpersonal skills and capability to communicate with different levels of hierarchy in the organization;
6. Ability to build good professional relationships with both internal and external parties;
7. Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP skills a plus;
8. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written;
9. Willing to travel on request.
