职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
? Lead production automation projects
? Quickly and efficiently setup of the production technologies
? Bring in-house raw material production technologies
? Lead projects of ERP and MES implementation with IT department
? Improve efficiency of production processes
? Manage production daily operations and define strategies, Plan, prepare and implement rapid growth strategies

Main requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree and above, machinery automation background is preferred
? More than 3 years Successful Production Management experiences
? Industrial engineering work background, consumer product with mechanical assembly industry is preferred
? Experiences with ERP and MES
? Strong leadership and project management skills
? Fluent oral English
