In this entry-level role, you will take responsibility for the whole operation and customer service process of Seafreight.

Your task and responsibilities工作任务与责任

• Accept export bookings and complete all system entry requirements accurately and on time including all financial administration tasks including correct and timely profit share with overseas stations.

• Deliver the highest level customer experience at all times with a clear focus on customer service + retention.

• Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure loading and export clearance tasks are completed correctly and on time.

• Implement and follow customer standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) at all times.

• Ensure correct data quality within internal systems at all times.

Your skill and experience技能和经验要求

• College graduate or above, major in International Business or Supply Chain is preferred.

大专学历及以上，国际贸易或供应链专业优先。

• 1 year basic seafreight operational and customer service experience, familiar with international trade terms. Excellent fresh graduate is considerable.

1 年海运基本操作和客服经验，熟悉国际贸易用语。优秀应届毕业生也可考虑。

• multi-national working experience is advanced.

优先考虑具有跨国企业工作经验的候选人。

• Customer service minded with good Customer complaint resolution skill.

具有解决客户投诉的能力。

• Good communication skills.

良好的沟通技能。

• Good command of English in written, good spoken English is preferred.

英语读写能力良好，优先考虑口语良好者。
