Order management:
- Closely work with the business teams to develop a good overall order management plan at the project early stage.
- Oversee the whole ordering process/situation to ensure good implementation and communication.
- Maintain the order parameters and statistics in the internal data system and create an overview in the overall order management performance.
- Work with the teams to monitor the delivery performance and take relevant actions to achieve the goals for supplier reliability & total lead time.
- Give input to develop the purchasing process from a total supply chain perspective.
- Monitor improvements in the agreed process to ensure a high delivery precision, filling rate, optimal leadtime & total landed cost.
- Collaborate with the business teams in China and Sweden to ensure high delivery performance from the suppliers.
Logistic:
- Communicate to forwarder for shipment forecast and follow up the deviation between the forecast and the actual booking.
- Oversee the whole logistic/transportation arrangement and proactively work with the business team and the forwarders to improve the situation.
- Regularly report on the delivery performance from the transport/logistic point of view.
- Monitor outstanding shipments and communicate reasons and solutions.
- Super user for ERP and be familiar with the whole order management process.
- Identify areas within logistics subject for improvements.
- Work proactively for progress within logistic/transport area.
- Best practice ambassador
Requirements:
- Above 5 years working experience in a sourcing or trading environment for order management & logistics.
- Strong communication in English, both writing & speaking.
- Good team player and leading skill to steer the business.
- Good understanding in business key performance measurements.
- Ability to build trust and communicate in a clear and targeted way with people in various situations.
- Ability to make things happen with flexibility, efficiency and simplicity.
- Experience in working through others, setting priorities and delegating responsibility.
- Ability to network both internally and externally.
- Proactive approach.
- Good data analysis and presentation skill.
- Good business focus and can handle multi tasks under pressure.
- Mature and passionate.
