Mission
--Responsible to lead regional recruitment teams to fulfill hiring target through creative and effective resourcing
--Instill a culture of positive recognition and continuous improvement throughout the region hiring team
--Responsible for 5 sites, which cover south of China, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan.
Responsibility
--Understand business needs to ensure right level of hiring speed & quality to support business growth
--Manage and Develop highly performance recruitment team
--Responsible for campus recruitment activities and ensure relation with university
--Improve current process to streamline and to be more efficient
--Promote regional branding though recruitment activities
--Build up and manage talent pool within region
--Reduce recruitment cost
Requirement
--Bachelor degree majored in Human Resource related fields.
--7+ years’ relevant experience in foreign company on recruitment function
4+ year’s leadership experience.
--Good oral and written English
--Team oriented leadership
--Must be a team player with an open-minded and collaborative management style
--Diplomacy with communication and negotiation skills.
--Energetic and result-driven with a high level of assertiveness and persistence to achieve the goals set
