职位描述：

For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN, we are looking for a SSMR(MR)Quality engineer.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Review potential complaints to identify regulatory complaint /评审潜在抱怨以识别法规抱怨

2.Categorize regulatory complaints as Performance, Safety or Reportable/ 将抱怨分类为性能，安全或上报事件

3.'Trigger and follow-up the error-analysis and solutions for hardware and software topics via the involvement of the responsible development departments or suppliers/与相关研发部门或供应商合作触发与跟进硬件和软件的错误分析和解决方案

4.Feedback towards complaint presenting party/给抱怨提出方反馈

5.Consult Siemens local regulatory affair colleague for reportable decision/咨询西门子当地法规事务部的负责上报事件决议的同事以决定是否上报

6.Do risk assessment for safety-relevant complaints and stipulation of countermeasures/对安全相关的抱怨和对策约定的风险评估

7.Provide efficient training of complaint handling process/提供抱怨处理流程的有效培训

8.Product Monitor:/产品监控

--Monitor the key performance, such as DOA, Warranty Cost, Service report, Service metrics, Quality cost, etc. /监控核心成绩，例如DOA，保修成本，服务报告，服务指标，质量成本

--Drive the necessary investigation and the actions /推动必要的调查和措施

--Review and monitor field modifications to ensure the quality of the installed base and correct communication with customer and 3rd parties. /评审和监控现场升级以保证安装场地的质量和与客户、第三方的准确沟通

9.CRM Q-coach / 客户关系部门质量代表

--Develop, establish, maintain and optimize a product monitoring process together with the process owner, including required certifications based on internal and external quality/regulatory related requirements and in alignment with the Siemens Process Framework. Ensure that Siemens requirements and the roles and responsibilities of Siemens QM are fulfilled./和流程负责人一起开发,建立和维护,并优化统一的CRM流程,满足包括内部和外部质量法规认证的要求,及符合西门子流程框架.保证符合西门子质量角色和质量管理的职责

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Work experience:

-At least 2 years experience for quality management/2年以上质量管理经验

-Have experience to establish, maintain and develop QMS/有质量管理体系建立，维护和改进的经验

Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience:

-Education: Bachelor/Master degree with major in mechanical, electronic, biotechnology /机械,电子或生物工程学士或硕士学位

-Skill: CHARM database/CHARM的使用

-Skill: quality management methods/statistical methods/质量管理和统计方法

-Language: fluent English/流利的英文

-Knowledge: procedure & standards understanding (ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14971,QSR, etc.)/程序和标准的理解

medical device product knowledge/医疗器械产品知识

-Soft skill: effective communication and coach skill/有效的沟通和指导技巧

-Personality: responsible and confident/负责,自信
