- Order Management - managing fulfillment of Sales Orders closest to customer's request dates to realise the forecasted revenue and managing changes in Sales Orders following the documented business guidelines in place
- Customer Master Database Management - completing the information required to register the customer that Business Administration has announced is our new customer as well as logging end customer registration for distributors
- Complains and Returns Management - working in close collaboration with CQM Asia, Asia Sales and customers on the OS's approved Quality and Goodwill Returns from customer meeting requested timeline
- Coordinate the credit / debit requests for the different policies implemented by Sales Management
- Responding / Coordinating inquiries from customers, internal sales and OS internal departments
- CRONOS forecast and opportunity management
岗位要求:
- Bachelor degree. Min 2 years experience in related field of customer service or supply chain planning in Multi-national Corporation environment
- SAP knowledge is an advantage. Good in MS office, email, excel
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Sensitive to numbers
- Willingness and ability to learn and absorb
- Collaboration with international teams; Proficient in English
