Job Description:
Responsible for emmc/emcp product engineering and application engineering, including embedded system compatibility evaluation, embedded storage characterization, trouble shooting and handling. The position is frequently communicated both with internal departments and external customers or chipset vendors.
Basic requirement
1. Assist customers in solving technical problems.
2. Provide customers with proper related application information.
3. Handle customers’ complaints.
4. Provide regular after-sales service and consultation
5. Well communicate skill both to inside and outside objects
Additional requirement:
1. Failure analysis and concept of NAND flash
2. LPDRAM protocol analysis and timing analysis
3. Proficient in eMMC and UFS/UniPro protocol analysis
4. Familiar with Android SW and Framework
5. Familiar with projectize working style and project management skill Electronic Engineering, Electrical engineerin
