Summary of Position
This position is critical in monitoring the activities throughout the Burton supply chain starting buy plan ready all the way through to delivery to the warehouse.本职位是供应链管理中的关键环节,主要负责跟进订单跟进, 从预下单直至订单出货到仓库。
This position will partner with Burton supply chain department, & development & Burton account team in US, regional logistic team and Asia team, also partner with Mill supplier/ finished goods vendors to monitor order and supply chain movements.本职位涉及同多个部门的合作,包括供应商下单部门,开发部,财务部,以及各个分公司的物流团队
This position will be constantly monitoring supply chain activities and will be working closely on greige booking/ WIP analyst/ SAP update/ Report create/ vendor specific project track.本职位要求参与供应链的相关环节,跟进生产交期,系统维护以及相关任务跟进。
Essential Functions:
- Monitor finished goods vendor to purchase raw material in time.. 主材交期及时跟进
- Monitor production on-time ex-factory with vendor’s weekly report , proactive communication with vendors via phone, email, and occasional site meetings for production.生产交期跟进及沟通协调
- Work with internal departs which are QA/QC/PE/Development/Logistic for data analyst to solve problem.与相关开发,质量团队协同工作解决生产问题
- Assist with maintaining a live report of Production report to show each status in production stage.及时汇报和预警生产状况
- Update SAP system to reflect accurate delivery is shown in system.更新系统以反馈交期变化
- Train vendors for Burton delivery requirements per vendor guide. Do adjustment on vendor’s advantage and disadvantage.对工厂进行相关的培训
- Working with 3rd party partners including Trade-Card, Forwards for problem solve.第三方协助沟通
- Perform on-site assessments of vendor performance production. 执行工厂年度评估
Requirement :
- Major in supply chain management, trading , merchandiser to business. 主修供应链,贸易,业务跟单专业。
- At least 1-2 year’s work experiences as merchandiser, on site vendor/garment is preferred. 至少1-2年经验。应届生可提供培训
- Good computer knowledge & MS Office (Word, Excel...etc.) 熟悉使用办公软件
- Well-organized, flexible, good data analytical and interpersonal skills. 组织能力良好,灵活,有数据分析能力和人际交往能力
- Team work spirit is required. 注重团队合作精神
- Fluent written/spoken English is required. (英语口语不要求) 英语书写要求一般
