Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive a resolution together with BU QM and other related functions for the claims happened in APAC region, if needed by using 8D method.
2. Provide professional feedback on outcome of investigation to internal and external customers.
3. Approve warranty payments when applicable.
4. Conduct customer site visits as needed.
5. Ensure that all claims handled are appropriately reported within CQM so they become part of the
6. Feedback to the BU QM's. Escalate severe or critical failures according to process.
7. Provide technical training / consultancy to BG CQM/Sales.
8. QMiP role in Q-gate process regarding the customer feedback, technical input if in need.
9. Evaluate the special warranties to be issued together with PM, BU QM, R&D, controlling and GC.

Job Required:
1. Working experience in the lighting industry or an adjacent field (electrical and electronics, materials supplier industry) for 5 years.
2. Working experience in a technical hands-on function for 2-3 years. Preferred field is Quality Management with its sub-branches, but Engineering, Technical Marketing, or Regulatory are also possible. Project experience is a benefit.
3. Ideally working experience with international teams for 1 year.
4. Bachelor Degree on physical, lighting or equivalent technical area.
