Your tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure strong process management is in place and manage operational performance against agreed guidelines/ Key Performance Indicators.
• Liaise/coordinate with internal departments and our global network to deliver total business solutions that support our overall business strategy.
• Ensure that all financial operational requirements are met at all times, including but not limited to file administration, accurate pricing, credit control, deferrals, accruals.
• Oversee all sub-contract management and ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Act as an escalation point for all customers allocated to the cluster/country ensuring a strong focus on customer growth and retention.
• Ensure that customer complaints are managed in a manner that provides explanations and puts customer at ease.
• Develop engineering, procurement & construction projects, oil & gas and oversized & overweight cargo clients in local market according to company strategies.
• Perform all leadership tasks for direct reports including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, induction/on-boarding, training.

Your skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you must have business acumen with a proven track record of opening doors and cementing relationships. As a manager in Hong Kong and South China, you must demonstrate strong leadership skill to drive your team to perform with best efforts, you need to take frequent travel between Hong Kong and China.
You are a team player who thrive in a collaborative culture known for its service excellence and business innovation. You are time sensitive and able to multi-task. The ability to identify and qualify opportunities, and direct inter-department colleagues towards business wins, is highly regarded.
