工作地点：深圳市南山区
岗位职责：
1、寿力产品的技术和服务支持及零件销售工作；
2、协调用户、代理商和寿力三者之间的关系；对代理商在授权区域内的售后市场行为规范的落实和执行负第一责任；
3、帮助代理商培训具备合格服务技能的服务工程师；
4、帮助代理商建立符合寿力规范的产品和客户服务团队；
5、受理客户的投诉并及时协调处理，提升客户和代理商的满意度；
6、定期巡访用户，培训和指导用户正确使用和维护寿力产品；
7、监督代理商的售后市场行为，维护正常的售后市场秩序，达成区域年度销售目标；
8、区域内产品和市场问题的如实和及时反馈；

任职要求：
1、机械相关专业大专或以上学历；
2、英语良好、熟练应用基本Office办公软件、表达能力良好；
3、三年以上大型机械产品现场售后服务经验；

Headquartered in Michigan,Indiana,USA, Sullair LLC has focused on the research and development and manufacturing of screw air compressors for more than 50 years, remarking one of the world's best known air compressor brands. In July 2017, Sullair became a member of the Hitachi Group. Sullair Asia has a main production center which is based in Suzhou and Shenzhen in China, with sales and after-sales service networks throughout the country, Southeast Asia and other Asian regions.

Sullair Suzhou (SSAE) was founded in 2007 and put into operation in November 2008, which covers a land area of 23,800㎡. The floor area is about 14,100 ㎡, include main office, workshop and subsidiary facilities.
