1.熟悉插件、后焊工艺，有2年以上工作经验，会制作作业指导书；
 2.有较强的动手能力,思维敏捷,好学；
 3.能吃苦耐劳、团队合作意识强、有拼搏进取的决心；
 4.熟悉电子产品生产工艺流程、工艺标准；
 5.能独立分析和解决现场工艺问题。
