职位描述：
A large overseas toys company seeking the following position in our Shenzhen Office :-
 
Tooling Engineer
 
? Main Responsibilities:
 
1. Review sketches, engineering drawings, specifications and prototypes to work with mold maker for the tooling specification confirmation
2. Assist mold maker in tooling developing when needed, Actively assist new tooling timelines and ensure that mold maker are on-track to meet committed 1st shot date
3. Ensure components are comply with design specification and quality standard, ensure the mold can meet the requirement of machine tonnage, cycle time…etc
4. Communicate and resolve all tooling issues, between factories, vendors and the product development team
5. Tooling Database update & maintenance
6. Other engineering duties assigned by manager or director
 
 
? Requirement:
 
1. A degree in Tooling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 3 years experience in toys buying/trading office as tooling engineer and/or project engineer and at least 5 years real mold making experience in injection mold manufacturer, preferable in toy industry.
3. Experience from factory background is definitely an asset
4. Extensive knowledge of Injection/Blow mold structure and manufacturing flow
5. Familiar with the spec of plastic like ABS, HIPS, PP, PVC, POM etc…
6. Proficient PC skills in using Pro-E /AutoCAD/UG and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) will be an advantage
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
8. Excellent team player, passion
