Duties:

- Order input and follow-up
- Production schedule and delivery tracking
- Communication with suppliers and internal team to solve production-related issues
- Initiate and fine tune production/delivery monitoring procedure
- Help supplier KPI management

Qualifications:
-
- College graduate
- Good writing/reading English, able to speak English
- 3-5 PMC/order tracking experience with trading companies/buying office
- Sound knowledge on factory and product knowledge(seasonal/home deco items/hard goods)
- QA experience a plus
- Good communication skills, confident and proactive
- Detail- and result-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and within set timeline
