职位描述：
General mission
The job holder plans and coordinates the project tasks to reach the defined goals.
She/he is responsible for the project related information flow (EPM Org. <-> ST Org.). She/he supports all project related controlling and planning tasks required by the PCP process and order processing workflow of the R&D ST.

Project Management
- Meet and support the defined corporate priorities, department and personal objectives - Manage projects according to the PCP/PC (Product Cycle Process) - Plan the test and qualification activities for the assigned system and components - Defines and updates PVP/STP
- Ensure technical reviews for systems and components within the project schedule - Assess the progress and effectiveness of the planned tasks - Assess the appropriate level of quality to release the product - Manage priority conflicts
- Plan and execute trainings / other know-how transfers across the international sites - Project administration and controlling
- Report test progress and results to the superior and dotted line

Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate test activities with customers and partners
- Coordinate the task planning and execution with the test teams - Coordinate assigned testing activities across the international sites

Leadership
- Coordination with customers and partners, ensuring their necessary contribution to reach milestones
- Monitors the execution of planned tasks within the projects

Requirement
- Plan, track, execute and control assigned tasks
- Ensure the availability of the technical results and documentation according to the valid ONs and work instructions
- Organization and provision of the required test activities - Develop systematic know-how within the team
- Evaluate and analyze all legal requirements such as industry specific regulations, technical codes and standards and follow them without exception in the area of responsibility
- In regard to safety aspects there is no exception to the only principle: In case of doubt, safety prevails. In addition, civil and criminal laws set certain standards that have to be complied with
- Summarize the report of the product status
- Contribute to the achievement of the targets as agreed and contracted by R&D- Objectives
- Achieve targets as agreed by the team and personal objectives - Achieve targets as agreed by the project contracts
