职位描述：

For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (AT)Installation Engineer/安装工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

-Follow instruction / processes and finish assigned task in production with high quality and high efficiency/遵循作业指导书，在保证质量的前提下高效完成指派工作任务；

-Lead the Factory Installation and finish assign takes to meet company quality/ efficiency standard and get high customer satisfaction ratio/主导工厂安装并以公司质量管理与效率的标准完成指派的任务，争取获得更高的顾客满意度；

-Report testing problem, errors in time and fixed problem base on instruction及时报告测试问题，错误，并根据说明书解决问题；

-Proactively drive to fix testing problem, errors, from production, process point of view;/站在生产与流程的立场，积极主动推动解决生产问题，错误；

-Drive to fixing problem during Factory Installation, ensure short production testing cycle time and high first pass yield/在生产过程中，推动整个测试流程，确保较短的测试周期和较高的一次性通过率；

-Finish record / report / documentation in time with good quality;/正确并及时完成记录/报告/文档的填写；

-Trouble shooting / error diagnosis with PE / R&D, or others if needed;/与PE/R&D等其他部门共同解决问题或分析错误；

-Tasks assigned by the supervisor to support others/完成上级领导指派支持其他同事的任务；

-Material inspection / rework outside of normal working procedures/物料检查/对超出正常工作程序进行返工；

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-College or above with major in mechanical, electronically or mecharonically; /大学及以上，机械学，电汽电力学专业等；

-Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing /service is required; /具备至少2年在制造业/服务业领域的工作经验；

- Has the advance technical skill according to AX SCM Make training assessment scheme and basic practice in Micro office software, e.g. Excel, PPT and word; /以AX SCM Make部门的培训评估为依据，具备基本的技术技能；并且具有基本的办公软件技能；

-Basic verbal and written communication skills in mandarin as well as English(CET4/6 is plus); /基本的普通话和英语口语与书面沟通技能（有CET4/6为佳）；

-Business results orientation; customer orientation; change management; collaboration & influencing; intercultural sensitivity;/以业务结果为导向，更好地完成事情；以客户为导向，能够了解客户的需求；能够接受改变；团结协作，能够提供支持；具有一定的跨文化敏锐度，能够理解文化差异；

-out-going personality; hard-working; able to work under high pressure; /性格开朗；做事仔细，并能在压力下工作；

-Frequent travel is required/接受经常出差；
