POSITION OVERVIEW
项目制作经理需要负责协助建立和管控金沙湾所有演艺项目时间线，预算和所有演艺开业前期的工作。
The production manager under Entertainment Operations will be responsible for assisting all project schedule, budgeting and all pre-opening related work for the Golden Bay Resort.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
？负责策划及管控项目节点，控制预算，配合采购和合同签署工作
Responsible for all Entertainment Productions and Technical related budgeting, procurement and contracting work
？负责协调审查所有演艺相关图纸并与设计部对接。
Responsible for the coordination of all vetting work required for entertainment related drawings and be the main
point of contact for the Design Team.
？核对项目所涉及的各项信息，监督进度，以确保各方按时交付
Collate information and produce schedules to ensure that key deliverables by the different parties are timely.
？有效地计划和控制预算
Plan and control production budget
？确保在项目的实施过程中各方进行有效的计划和沟通
Plan and oversee coordination with different parties, including senior management, through the production process to ensure effective communication and efficient planning.
？协助建立制作和技术演艺运营标准和流程
Assists in developing policies, processes and standards required for the Production and Technical Team
？维持公司合作方和资源库，并与各通道供应商保持良好关系
Establish a strong network of vendors and partners locally and internationally
？负责于项目现场的安全问题，保证项目良好实施
Responsible for ensuring implementation of Workplace Health and Safety standards for shows
？独立准备的完成项目进展报告
Prepare show progress updates and administrative reports for management review
FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
？至少3-5年的制作经验及项目管理经验
At least 3-5 years in a production role and/or project management role
？对于现场娱乐演出扎实的基本知识结构和夯实的工作执行能力，并具有一定的概念性思维
A strong working knowledge of the entire show development process for live entertainment, from concept through production
？有相关舞台制作及剧目设计的经验为***
Good knowledge of Theatre design and construction is a plus
