职位描述：
Antenna Engineer
An antenna engineer offer from BQ HW department, make full responsibility for antenna
development of the products
Responsibilities:
     
1. Design antenna for BQ mobile phone projects;
2. Manage and Follow up the antenna development and debugging in antenna suppliers ;
3. Provide detail report and suggestion to HW and ME for stacking and placement;
4. Follow up the OTA issues during production and certification, such as the OTA issue of CE,
FCC, Orange and Vodafone certification, the consistency and reliability during production;
Background Requirements
1. At least 3 year experience in mobile phone antenna design or testing;
2. Familiar with using of network analyzer, call box and CAD tools such as Allergo,
OrCAD,PowerPCB, etc;
3. Familiar with different antenna design, such as IFA, PIFA, Loop and full metal antenna;
4. Familiar with the ADS, HFSS or CST simulation;
5. Familiar with the evaluation of performance effected by different components;
6. Experience with schematic and layout design will be a plus;

天线工程师全权负责BQ手机天线设计
岗位职责
1. 为BQ的智能手机设计天线；
2. 管理和跟踪BQ的天线供应商，以保证天线调试的性能和进度；
3. 整理详细的天线评估报告，为硬件布局和结构堆叠提供指导性意见；
4. 跟踪生产和认证过程中的天线问题，比如生产过程中的一致性和可靠性问题，比如CE,
FCC, Orange和Vodafone认证过程中的OTA问题；
岗位要求
1. 3年以上手机天线设计经验；
7. 熟悉网络分析仪，综测仪等仪器的使用，熟悉结构和硬件开发相关的工具，比如Allergo,
OrCAD,PowerPCB等;
2. 熟悉各种天线类型设计，比如IFA, PIFA, Loop及全金属天线设计，；
3. 熟悉ADS, HFSS和CST等仿真工具；
4. 能够熟练评估主板上主要器件对天线的影响；
5. 了解原理图和PCB设计；
