钢结构施工管理/Steel structure supervisor/engineer

职位要求：

1. 土木工程优先

2. 3年以上相关钢结构施工现场管理公司或总包工作经验

3. 最好具有外资工程公司工作经验

4. 精通MICROSOFT OFFICE

5. 具有基本英语书写能力

6. 熟悉中国规范，标准和规则

7. 居住在常州或金坛者。

职责描述：

1. 对钢结构工程项目的质量管理

2. 对钢结构工程项目的安全监督

3. 每日视察工地以及准备相关报告

4. 协助项目招投标事宜

5. 协助项目团队的投标评估

6. 根据项目进度表监控施工进度

7. 在项目经理的指导下，签发现场指导、视察报告以及与承包商澄清现场技术问题。

Job requirements:

1. Majoring in Civil Engineering

2. more than 3 years’ working experience on steel structure construction site management or on general contractor;

3 experience with foreign engineering companies;

4. proficiency on MICROSOFT OFFICE;

5 with basic English writing ability;

6. familiar with China’s regulations, standards and rules;

7. Those who live in Changzhou or Jintan.

Job description:

1. quality management of steel structure projects;

2. safety oversight of steel structure projects;

3. Daily inspection of the site as well as the preparation of related reports;

4. assist with project bidding;

5. assist the project team in the bid evaluation;

6. according to the project schedule monitoring construction progress;

7. Under the guidance of the project manager to issue on-site guidance, inspection reports and to clarify on-site technical problems with contractors.
