JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / 工作职责:
1. 样品及产品的成本管理
2. 掌握项目开发流程,根据2D/3D图纸,制作产品BOM表并提供报价
3. 根据制作工艺与加工方式,评估产品的材料成本、工时和费用
4. 确认报价资料是否齐全,分析整理得出产品价格
5. 与团队密切合作跟踪采购件的报价
1. Cost management in sample and products
2. Follow up project development, provide quotation according to 2D/3D drawing, make product BOM form
3. According to the production process and processing method, evaluate the material cost, time and cost of the product.
4. Confirm whether the quotation is complete, analyze the product price
5. Work closely with the team to follow up the quotation of the purchasing parts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / 任职资格:
1. 5年以上报价经验,在展示、家具、LCD、电子件、结构件、模具注塑等领域有一定的实战经验优先
2. 熟练使用2D/3D、PRO-E、SOLIDWORKS、Auto-CAD、UG等工程软件
3. 熟悉各种材料(五金、塑胶、包材等)加工性能,加工工艺,表面处理、材料的市场价格波动行情
4. 能根据工程图纸,快速并相对准确的报出材料成本、加工成本、加工时间
5. 熟悉掌握产品的报价流程、成本核算及计价方法
1. More than 5 years experience in the fields of display, furniture, LCD, electronics and injection molding is advanced
2. Skilled use of 2D/3D, PRO-E, SOLIDWORKS, Auto-CAD, UG and other engineering software
3. Familiar with various materials (metal, plastic, packaging materials, etc.) processing performance, processing technology, surface treatment, material market price fluctuations
4. According to the engineering drawings, calculate material costs, processing costs, processing time
5. Familiar with the product quotation process, cost accounting and pricing methods
