1、接待网站来访客户咨询，利用网络解答客户问题，通过电话、QQ等网络工具与客户进行有效沟通，了解客户需求；
2、利用网络维护公司客户的业务，定期与公司客户进行沟通，建立良好的关系；
3、及时有效地完成上级安排的其他工作任务；
4、具备良好的人际沟通能力,能较快地学习和接受公司的各项培训知识；
5、诚实守信，有很强的团队合作精神和良好的心理素质。
