职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the planning, administration and coordination of the project management activities for new stores
? Responsible for the construction of new stores and assure compliance to company standards, shopping mall design guidelines, the local rules and regulations
? Support the communicating with landlords in connection with landlord provisions and technical issues and drawings
? Provide technical advice for resolving any site problems and constraints
? Monitor the quality and timeliness of technical drawings and specifications
? Evaluate quotations forwarded by contractors or suppliers and negotiation for contract prices and conditions
? Prepare and monitor master renovation/construction schedule and plan
? Execute and follow up daily maintenance request from retail stores according to company operational procedure
? Coordinate all aspects for maintenance work’s arrangement
? Visit the retail stores and inspect the store condition according to company standards timely
? Follow up and monitor maintenance progress and ensure overall compliance with company standards
? Prepare maintenance budget and continuously monitor cost to meet financial requirements of maintenance
? Support the sourcing of vendor and material

Requirements:
? Degree holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Engineering or related discipline
? Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience
? A good team player and leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Independent, able to work under pressure and willing to travelling
? Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
? Proficient in CAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
? Immediate available is preferred
