职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Leading process team members continue improvement on scrap/efficiency/quality;
2.Responsible for Copy/Paste of technologies, processes and products from Engineering to Sub-cons;
3.To monitor Sub-cons production flows are under control and will run maximum efficiency;
4.Lead process Engineers and Sub-cons to define line lay-out, line balancing, time study, manpower planning;
5.Assit Sun-cons to set up their process management system to ensure good quality products are delivered to our customer;
6. Manage the QRQC activity to meet the KPI target;
7.Guide and support the competency development on Sub-cons and Process Engineer to strengthen Troubleshooting skills and process engineering capability;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor_ Engineering Degree in Mechanical/industrial/Acoustical;
2. 8 years above, preferably in speaker or audio box assembly industry;
3. Knowledge of problem solving tool like SE, DQE. Able to use CAD or 3D software to design jigs &fixture, lead the team to develop the good process;
4. Team player, clear and concise in communication, following up on details.
