职位描述：
Job Purpose:
Manage AR according to PSS Accounting Principle

Key areas of accountability:
? Responsible for customer payment book keeping
? Send invoice & statement to customer for monthly reconciliation
? Follow overdue payment and investigate overdue reason with customer and logistic co-workers
? Prepare AR aging report, analysis the risk, escalate AR measurement to account manager
? Prepare cash flow weekly for AR part
? Prepare D/N &C/N according to request from applicant
? Improve DSO year over year
? Intercompany monthly reconciliation

Job scope:
Work under certain supervising and part tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to higher management
Qualification:
? Academic/Professional Qualification: Major in accounting or Finance
? Working Experience: 2-3 years
? Expertise/Skills: excel/accounting system
? Language skills: Good English reading/writing/speaking and Mandarin
? Personal Attributes: Good communication and cooperation, careful and strong responsibility and good ability of learning and good team work
