1、负责公司商业项目的运营模式规划、运营架构及管理体系搭建，做好开业前项目运营筹备工作。

2、负责商业项目开业后日常运营管理工作，包括项目现场管理、日常经营管理、项目推广等。

3、跟进商户进场、装修、运营各类工作。

4、组织策划各类营销活动。

5、负责商业项目运营管理制度规划编制，并做好筹备期商户进场管理、装修管理及进度把控。

二：任职资格

1、具有三年以上中大型商业中心运营管理，有成功商业项目前期筹备运营经验者优先。

2、熟悉商业运作模式，熟悉应用商业管理手段来达成各项经营管理指标。
