职位描述：
Position Scope/Objectives:
Be responsible for making sure right quality standard applied to company items, identify quality risks during development or production, solve quality issues of whole product life, and make suggestion for product or operation improvement.

Responsibilities:
1.Understand overall quality flow and work with co-workers to set working instruction or guidelines for both internal and external operation.
2.Understand regulation trend which may impact our products or supplier, work with testing engineer to generate protocol and interpret to related colleague and factory for implementation.
3.Set up product specification for internal and external follow up.
4.Review if there is any quality risk from design to post production, set up proactive process to minimize the risk and monitor the implementation
5.Take the lead for non-conformity issue handling.
6.Keep continuous improvement in place including but not limited to product, process, supplier
7.Other task assigned by superior

Qualifications:
1.University graduated or above
2.Engineering or other related discipline.
3.Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position.

Competencies:
1.Logical thinking and result-oriented.
2.Hard working, responsible, detail-oriented.
3.Willing to learn to follow changing trends.
4.Ability to handle conflicts.

Communication Level and Computer Literacy:
1.Good command of English both in oral and written.
2.Proficient on Microsoft Office like Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.
