工作內容:



1.
人力資源部門制度的建立與完善,流程的設計與優化,包括: 擬定公司招聘制度、培訓制度、薪酬考核制度、人事管理制度、員工手則等規章制度、施行規則和有效且正確操作人資系統(ERP)



2.
建立績效管理與薪酬制度,落實並檢核修正公司薪資福利策略、調薪政策、獎酬制度、退休金制度,以維持企業的競爭力,留下優秀人才



3.
組織薪酬調查,為公司的薪酬福利制定、調整提供依據,制定具有競爭力的薪酬福利體系。



4.
擬定公司年度人力資源需求計劃,透過多種渠道為公司尋求合適的人才。



5.
建立完整的召募與任用制度(職務說明書、薪資結構、召募甄選流程與工具),開拓及維繫招募管道,讓企業具備招募優秀人才的優勢。



6.
定期分析組織人力資料、製作相關有效報表及提供人力資源主管建議,以維持組織人力***運用及分配。



7.
建立符合企業文化的人才發展體制,擬定公司培訓計劃及有系統的培訓員工,組織人員參加培訓,並評估培訓效果,強化企業的人才資本



8.
負責員工關係管理、籌畫同仁活動、規劃並協助執行員工教育訓練並管理勞資委員會運作,提升組織成員凝聚力。



9.
熟悉當地項政府最新勞動法規動態,確保公司任用政策及相關制度等符合規定。





條件要求:



1.
具有大專/本科 (製造學或相關學系畢業優先考慮)



2. 具十年以上服裝製造經驗及必須有五年以上管理層經驗,有帽製造經驗者優先考慮



3. 具有卓越的領導能力,有良好解決問題能力和組織能力



4. 能承受工作壓力,能應付緊迫工作



5. 具有良好的溝通及書寫能力

集团凭借「lids」帽品零售店建立了一个稳健的零售平台,并于 二零零五年三月与promotional partners worldwide limited于香港成立合营企业,共同于中国市场开设sanrio / hello kitty专门店。此业务合作进一步扩展集团的业务范围,由帽品零售业务至其它专利品牌产品,成功为集团开拓新收入来源。
集团于二零零七年三月成功取得国际足球协会(“fifa”)的品牌帽品于2007至2014年期间之全球专利生产权。
于二零零六年六月,集团收购健豪制帽(番禺)有限公司,该厂生产***时尚品牌帽品,包括「kangol」品牌。此收购进一步拓展集团生产的帽品类别,至针织及其它时尚帽品。此举不但有助集团进一步渗透美国市场,同时加快推动集团业务扩充至较追求时尚的日本和欧洲市场。
     飞达帽业于二零零零年十二月成功于香港联合交易所主板上市。同月,集团获英国bsi颁发iso9002质量认证,此项认证于二零零二年获提升至iso9001:2000,并于二零零九年获进一步提升至iso9001:2008。于二零零六年,集团取得iso14001质量验证,并于二零零七年及二零零八年分别取得「环球服装生产社会责任组织(wrap)」证书及成为美国公平劳动协会(fair labour association)供货商会员。

       mainland headwear holdings limited was established in hong kong in 1986 by mr. ngan hei keung, chairman of the group, and his wife, mrs. pauline ngan, deputy chairman & managing director. the company is principally engaged in the design and manufacture of quality headwear. with its own manufacturing plants in shenzhen, dongguan, and panyu in the prc, the group manufactures a wide range of licensed casual and fashion headwear products including baseball caps, bucket hats, knitted hats, gatsby hats, dress hats, headbands and sun visors. the industrial complex occupies an area of over 80,000 square metres and employs 3,500 employees. well-known customers include such household names as new era, warner brothers, nba, mlb, ncaa, callaway, titleist, kangol, le coq sportif, oakley. currently, mainland headwear produces over 30 million hats a year and more than 5,000 new designs each year, establishing the group as a leader in the licensed headwear market.
      the group entered into the retail business in 2004 by signing an agreement with hat world corporation, a leading retailer of headwear in the united states, to open headwear outlets in hong kong and the prc under the lids store brand. this broadens the group’s revenue sources and brings synergies to the group’s headwear manufacturing business.
riding on the established retail platform built for the lids operation, the group set up a joint venture with promotional partners worldwide limited in hong kong in march 2005 to operate sanrio / hello kitty shops in the prc. this further expands the group’s business from retailing of headwear to other licensed products, as well as providing new income streams.
        in 2004, mainland headwear gained the headwear manufacturing licence for the beijing 2008 olympic games. in march 2007, it also gained the worldwide manufacturing licence for fifa branded headwear from 2007 to 2014.
in june 2006, the group acquired kangol headwear (panyu) limited which manufactures headwear for the industry's top brands, including kangol. this acquisition enables the group to expand its product range to knitted headwear and other fashion headwear, and helps the group to further penetrate the us market and expand into the japanese and european markets which are more fashion-focused.
       mainland headwear was successfully listed on the main board of the stock exchange of hong kong limited in december 2000. in the same month, the company was accredited with iso 9002 from bsi, u.k., and this has been upgraded to iso 9001:2000 in 2002, and further upgraded to iso 9001:2008 in 2009. the company achieved the iso 14001 accreditation in 2006, wrap (worldwide responsible apparel production) certificate of compliance in 2007, and participating supplier membership of fair labor association in 2008.
       the group’s deputy chairman & managing director, mrs. pauline ngan, received the “young industrialist awards of hongkong 2001” organized by the federation of hong kong industries. mainland headwear won the “export marketing grand award” and “productivity award” in 2003 organized by the hong kong awards for industry. in 2004, mainland headwear was named as one of hong kong’s 20 most outstanding enterprises in an initiative organized by the economic digest. in the same year, mrs. pauline ngan was awarded an “executive director award” in the “directors of the year award 2004” organized by the hong kong institute of directors. she also won the “owner-operator award” in the “dhl/scmp hong kong business awards 2004”. in 2006, chairman mr. ngan hei keung was awarded a fellowship title and in 2008 the honorary adviser title by the asian knowledge management association. mainland headwear won a “bronze award” in the “2006 hkma quality award” organized by the hong kong management association. in 2008, the company received the inaugural annual “hatty awards” from hat life (usa). in 2009, mrs. pauline ngan was awarded the bronze bauhinia star in the hong kong special administrative region 2009 honours list.
