职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Window person between local design institutes, process consultants, construction contractors, supervision company, government units and regulatory agencies.
2. Focusing project management for extension workshop & new investment local/foreign workshop, from planning& budget, design, on-site execution& management, facility commissioning, acceptance, the following warranty, related quality, safety and schedule
3. Coordinating all parties/ Organizing project weekly meeting/Summarize project status weekly report to superior
4. Responsible for change order management on site and documentation filling for all related construction works.
5. Applying energy saving practices into the construction projects & utilities devices
6. Other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years working experience about factory construction projects and utilities repair/management; at least one complete factory construction project management experience involving from project initiation to delivery.
2. Preferred bachelor degree in Civil, Electrical engineering or Construction management.
3. Proven skills in project management knowledge, team leadership, problem solving,
4. Good at schedule planning, progress tracking, cost control, quality management etc.
5. Strong communication skills and customer service consciousness.
6. Proficient in MS PPT, Word, Excel, Project software and CAD.
7. Knowledge in EHS topic is preferred.
8. Good command of oral and written English
