Blackberry Partnership
1- Own and maintain partnership and organize steer committee
2- Understand current partnership framework, analyze and propose improvement of cooperation practice
3- Ensure the duty of performance between TCL communication and partners
4- Participate in the negotiation of potential cooperation model evolvement
4- Setup the communication matrix between TCT and partners.
5- In light of interest of both parties, handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion between partners
Business development
6- Develop customer and promote products and services, understanding specific market and competitor trend. Coordinate potential new business partnership
7- Be responsible for P&L for specific account, including quotation, contract, order, delivery, invoice etc.
8- Build up forecast and sales plan according to strategy of business division.
9- Coordinate back end team to fulfil customer need, including technical support and delivery etc
10- Identify opportunities that maximize sales. Coordinate customer marketing plan with TCT global plan to keep consistent marketing message
11- Own and maintain customer relationship and organize customer meeting when necessary
12- Other activities assigned by operation director.
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above
Self driven and seeking success
More than 5 years experience of business development in mobile phone industry
Experienced on contract negotiation, business term and delivery follow up
Strong on communication, good team player
Excellent English spoken and written
Accountable, positive, earnest
