职位描述：
General Summary:

Assist HQ IS team to install, configure, maintain and support company IT infrastructure and applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

System Support
- Provide technical support to office in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and overseas countries
- Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, servers, networks
- Support company applications such as merchandising, access control, CCTV and video conferencing.
- Travel to branch office in Hong Kong when needed

System Operations
- Support daily operations of company systems
- Prepare management reports
- Maintaining IT technical and end user documentation

Project Implementation
- Provide technical assistance for IT project implementation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

- Excellent communications skills in oral and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network, server, workstation hardware and software problems.
- Ability to maintain IT infrastructure in compliance with corporate and local standards.
- Familiar with database and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to communicate with end users effectively with serving attitude
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivated and self-learning

Work Experience & Education:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Sciences or related degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 year experience in technical support.
- Knowledge in Windows system administration and support
