职位描述：
岗位职责：

1.根据招聘目标计划，拓展招聘渠道，通过网络、拟写招聘广告、新媒体运用等多种方式实施招聘活动；

2.执行发布职位信息、候选人邀约、宣讲、笔试、面试筛选与组织、背景调查、offer跟进等；

3.对招聘数据进行统计和分析，创新招聘渠道与方法，完善甄选流程与标准，持续提升招聘效率与效果；

4.及时跟进各部门招聘进度，及时反馈跟进情况，采取有效措施改进工作中的不足，确保目标达成；

5 .做好招聘记录，建立面试人员信息库，做好招聘报表并及时汇报招聘情况；

6.进行招聘效益分析，评估招聘途径的有效性，渠道来源、到场率、通过率等；

7.配合部门其他各项工作的开展。


任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，1年及以上招聘工作经验；

2.擅长工人招聘，熟悉工人招聘流程和面试技巧；

3.熟练使用办公软件Word，Excel；

4.具有较强的亲和力，服务意识，做事细心、条理性强，良好的语言表达和沟通能力；

5.工作积极主动，具备良好的职业道德和敬业精神；

6.良好的执行力和团队合作，能按时、按质完成日常招聘相关工作。

公司在惠州惠阳拥有制造组装工厂，同时在南山蛇口设有研发办公室。

薪酬福利情况(工厂)：
1、工作制为5天8小时，加班费按照劳动法计算。所有一线员工、技能工人等实行QR奖金及绩效奖金政策,收入水平远高于市场水平。
2、每月12号准时发放工资，进厂即按劳动法要求购买社保，住房公积金；

3、享有国家法律/法规规定的法定节假日以及带薪年假、产假、丧假、工伤假等。

4、生活娱乐设施健全，厂区设有：有篮球场、兵乓球室，桌球室、员工活动休闲吧及培训活动中心等，业余康乐活动丰富多彩；
5、所有员工入职后将进行背景调查,若提供虚假信息，公司将无任何赔偿与其解除劳动关系。
