Job Description
The Renewal Sales team is responsible on the Renewal of Support and Subscription contracts for all products and services at PTC. You would need to make customer facing/outbound calls to an established customer base and ensure Renewals are on and before expiration on a standard pricing.
Furthermore, this role would require you to cultivate relationships through engagement and communication to expand more selling opportunities and becoming a ‘go-to’ contact as a customer trusted advisor.
We are to generate leads for up-selling or cross-selling through campaigns or the renewal sales call. And by working and aligning with our ecosystems such as High Velocity Sales (HVS) and Customer Success and Partners to increase customer adoption and satisfaction of our solutions.
This will be a target/performance driven role. The rep must be able to provide management with good visibility and forecasting through real time update in system.
Responsibilities
? Ensuring customer are contacted at least 120 days prior expiration of support/subscription contract
? Achieving Support/Subscription invoicing target and metrics
? Achieving 95% renewal rate on and before contract expiration
? To provide timely and accurate forecasting to management
? To make outbound calls and to generate 1 lead per day
? To collaborate/align with ecosystems to create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
? To develop and build a healthy and trusting relationship with customer
? To contact newly acquired/renewed customer within first 90 days to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction
? To utilize SFDC to manage sales pipeline visibility and cadence
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who are innovative, creative and hungry, with a strong desire to excel. Primarily an internal sales role there is also opportunity of travel to the regional offices and customers in your assigned territory. As such this is an exciting opportunity to gain and strengthen your international business experience.
Skills and Experience
? Highly motivated self-starter who is articulate, persistent and outgoing with a proficient phone demeanor and able to represent the company professionally.
? Demonstrated success in evaluating customer needs and addressing those.
? Team player who can quickly establish working relationships with ecosystems, including field sales, customer success, HVS, Order admin, Legal, finance and segment support.
? Has proven experience in software sales.
? Has a good understanding of the Subscription Renewal process.
? Business minded with strong communication, negotiation skills, and sales acumen.
? Must have fluency to a business level in English.
? Able to travel occasionally.
