职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 管理采购订单，确保订单及时向供应商下单;
Manage buyer’s PO placing daily to make sure PO is released to suppliers timely.
2. 订单数据管理，确保供应商按需提交采购订单；
PO data management. Make sure suppliers commit PO properly.
3. 供应商管理，维系供应商的良好合作关系；
Supplier management. Keep good relationship with suppliers.
4. 缺料、追料，促使供应商解决欠料、缺料问题；
Shortage expending. Push suppliers for shortage till it is fixed.
5. 与品质部门一起解决对来料质量问题，确保返回的材料及时处理；
Work with quality for incoming quality issue. Make sure returned materials is disposed timely.
6. 协助供应商开发团队，导入新供应商；
Work with sourcing for vender phase-in/out;
7. 参与供应商评估工作、其他与供应商有关等活动。
Report suppliers’ service performance and other activities related with suppliers.

任职资格：
1. 大学本科以上学历，5年以上电子元器件采购经验；
B.A with 5+ years of electronic components purchasing working experience.
2. 2年以上团队管理经验，优秀的沟通、人员管理经验；
At least 2 years of management experience with good communication and staff management skills.
3. 熟悉电子元器件、结构件、五金件采购市场，特别是4大元器件分销商；
Rich knowledge of electronics purchasing market, especially BIG 4 distributors.
4. 极强的时间观念、数据分析能力；
Strong sense of urgency and data analysis；
5. 优秀的英语表达能力，听说读写。
Excellent English skill, both oral and writen.
