职位描述：
1. Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs (focus on hiring effectiveness, efficiency as well as quality ) and in accordance with company policies and standards.
2. Define sourcing strategy and search candidates through all available channels including active talent souring, employee referral, Job Boards, etc. Proactively collect marketing intelligence and share with HR community and business dept.
3. Conduct interview in an effective way to make right hiring decision and take full responsibility of offer proposal and communication
4. Maintain good relationships with potential hire to build up good candidate pipeline. Work closely with TA Colleagues to establish/maintain/share/fully use the talent pool
5. Take lead/participate in various of recruiting programs (e.g. social media operation - WeChat & LinkedIn , Employer Branding campaigns, university and students program, recruiting vendor management, etc.)
6. Other tasks given by TA Head

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in English and HRM is a plus
2. Min 5 years dedicated recruiting experience in MNCs, working experience in search firm is a plus
3. Recruitment related program and project execution experience is also an advantage
4. Skillful at active talent sourcing, talent mapping and candidate relationship management"
5. Good English in both oral and written
6. Good communication and influencing skill, high sense of responsibility, hands on, logical, Integrity
