- Develop revenue and market shares from an assigned group of customers and/or detect potential new customers through active sales networking
- Closely work with our Global Account Management team based overseas in order to detect new sales opportunities
- Monitor and ensure client’s satisfaction with the services delivered and provide insights to the company for potential improvement
- Sell standardized services in the field of testing, inspection and audit or develop tailor-made services together with DEKRA technical and operational teams
- Main commercial contact window between DEKRA and the customer while not responsible for daily transactions
- Mostly involved with client’s sourcing offices located in Greater China, but also in contact with customer’s overseas head offices whenever necessary
- Sell bundled services based on the full portfolio of services offered by DEKRA
- Responsible for sales generated in our Greater China’s extensive laboratory network
- Provide regular sales forecasts and follow clients’ performance metrics
- Achieve yearly sales target defined by regional sales manager
- Handle other tasks potentially assigned by the team’s supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-year experience of sales in the field of testing, inspection
- Good knowledge of the retail market and the challenges of global sourcing activities
- Good presentation, communication and organization skills
- Customer focused, proactive and eager to learn
- Fully proficient in written and oral business English
- Fully proficient with Ms Office software
- Fit with DEKRA values: integrity, team spirit, customer orientation and entrepreneurship
