Job Description:

1.Coordinate and manage supplier information and status updates.

2.Create, maintain and update product, order and supplier information using PRIME/POST

- Supplier and product listing into PRIME

- Maintain POST supplier and product database information

- Order management

- Track and update supplier delivery performance

- Coordinate PSI application from the supplier

- Coordinate with supplier and forwarder regarding shipment booking

- Ensure order is properly closed off after shipment by updating POST with shipment information

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor invoice, packing list and other information which customer would require for custom clearing

- Updating rebates, discount and other trading condition and preparation reports around it.

3. Assist the Product Manager in other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

1.At least college education background

2.Good communication in both English and Chinese, including reading and writing

3.Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications.

4.Down to earth and initiative, can work independently and under high pressure

5.Detail oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills and have the ability to multi-task
