职位描述：
Job Description
? Retain good customer experience through effective interactions with internal / external stakeholders for issue / problem prevention and resolution.
? Troubleshoot of service related issues / problems in close co-operation with local operation department.
? Support sales & operation team to take care of the existing business and maintain a very good relationship with customers.
? Be the frontline customer contact window for the related issues of pricing, products and solutions.
? Source and evaluate the suppliers and maintain vendor profile for commercial sourcing decision and market study.
? Support sales to prepare quotations and response for rate inquiries from overseas and local customers.
? Be sensitive to the sales pipelines / opportunities and assist with potential business development.
? Regularly provide updated statistics and historical data input to support statistical analysis work and manage the related document as per management instruction.
? Participate in market study / analysis for business intelligence, product research, strategy deployment, price trends, etc.
? Ensure constantly zero-defect data quality.

Job Requirements
? College graduate or above.
? Minimum 2 years’ working experience in freight forwarder with the background of sea freight & air freight customer service / operation. Familiar with international trade terms.
? Multi-national working experience is a priority.
? Good command of English in written and oral communication is a must. CET 6 certificate is required. Cantonese speaker is preferred.
? Ability to work independently and as a part of the team under pressure.
? Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem solving skills.
? Proactive and “can-do” attitude.
? Willingness to learn.
? High sense of responsibility; self-motivated with positive working attitude; active & out-going personality.
