RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop a solid technical understanding of the projects to be able to support the product requirements and development activities
? Work collaboratively and coordinate between various functional groups to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on a daily basis
? Plan and organize development projects being done by small to large development teams spread across diverse geographies
? Elaborate functional and feature requirements and propose initiatives and actions with a focus on customer satisfaction
? Identify and organize requests that impact project scope, schedule, and budget
? Handle escalations from customers and drive appropriate handling to address concerns
? Report on the project dashboard including status, issues and scope/schedule changes
? See the bigger project picture, and take the initiative to find and fill gaps in processes and products
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Recent experience with mechatronic automotive solutions, particularly automotive drivetrain and/or thermal management solutions
? Very good knowledge of gear box and/or engine fluid management systems
? Experiences in mechatronic system integration into passenger car applications
? Ability to provide technical coordination between cross-functional teams in a multidisciplinary environment
? Organization skills to plan and prioritize work and respond to conflicting deadlines
? Ability to work with a minimal direct supervision and multiple projects in parallel
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Excellent technical and analytical skills to discuss problems, analyze solutions/options, evaluate and enable improved processes
? Occasionally traveling in China, other Asian countries, and Germany
? Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese
PREFERRED SKILLS:
? Experience with Automotive high Tech product developers and manufacturers
? Experience with hybrid vehicle (NEV) related mechatronic products
? Fluency in English
