职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities职责和责任:
1. Be responsible for corrugator start-up, customer training including safety, operating and process
负责瓦线设备开机，客户安全、操作和工艺培训
2. Trouble shooting for boards quality
纸板质量问题分析和解决
3. Optimize training contents with tools, design exercises, instructional activities and training assessments that reinforce learning
使用各类工具优化培训内容,设计练习、指导活动及培训评估强化培训成果
4. Conduct needs analysis to ensure the training fulfills the needs and objective of the customer
分析培训需求以确保培训满足客户的需求和目标
5. Working with mechanical and electronical team to implement operation unit project
与机械和电气工程师团队一起实施瓦线运营项目
6. Facilitate learning of operating BHS corrugators, process and product training via in-house, on-site training, incorporate a variety of presentation methods to accommodate adult learning principles
通过适应成人学习机制的各种演示方法在现场或厂内指导瓦线的操作培训，工艺及产品的培训
7. Contribute to overall success of the service department by identifying ways to continuously improve the training process
发掘持续提高培训流程的方法以提高服务部门工作成效
8. Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
本科学历或以上
2. Good presentation and communication skills
出色的展示和表达能力
3. Minimum 5 years filed operation experience in paper, packaging, converting industry
至少5年造纸、包装或印刷行业经验
4. Being able to travel world-wide
可全球出差
5. Good English skills in spoken and written
良好的英文书面及口头表达能力
6. Familiar with Microsoft office
