Key responsibilities
工作职责：
1、 Conducting the effective analysis for the appearance, function and structure of products during the initial stage of products development. Providing the suggestion on the best process flow-chart of new products in order to improve the market satisfaction.
1、在产品开发初期对产品的外观，结构功能做有效的分析；对新产品***工艺性给出合理建议，提升产品质量符合市场预期；

1.1 Support to our foreign product designers to accomplish the products development and conduct the comprehensive analysis on product structure and process. Try to avoid the potential problems and the deviations or losses of the product structure during the manufacturing process.
1.1 需配合国外的产品设计师完成新产品开发，并就其产品的结构及工艺进行综合分析，在产品设计初期，避免产品结构可能会出现的问题，避免制造过程的偏差和开发损失；

1.2 Design and optimize the structure of the product by cooperating with Electronic Engineer and Product Engineer.
1.2与本部门电子工程师和生产工程师合作进行产品结构设计优化；

1.3 Building a BOM for the product and following up the requirements of materials and spares before the trial production.
1.3建立产品的BOM，试产前的物料备货跟进；

1.4 Sample assembling and testing after the new mold launching, and releasing the mold modification documents accordingly.
1.4开模后的样板组装调试，发放改模资料；

1.5 Make samples and follow up the trial-produce for new products. Solve the possible problems and provide optimization proposals for new products on the trial-produce process by cooperating with Team Production and Team QC.
1.5样品的制作和新产品的试产跟进，同生产及品质部门有效的沟通获得新产品试产中的实际问题并提出改进方案。

1.6 Make sure the related specifications and drawings are recorded and filed after the trial production. Follow up the related drawings updating after the mass production.
1.6试产后的图纸归档及量产后的图纸更新工作；

2. Enhance the competitiveness and reduce the costs of products manufactured by modifying the process and design for the old product.
2、对旧产品的设计，工艺进行修改，以降低制造成本，提升产品的市场竞争力。
3. Confirm the parameters of the new Mold with related departments. Assist Purchasing team on mold quotation for the final approval from abroad office, support Purchasing Team to seek for the vital parts, and follow up the critical raw materials development.
3、与相关部门确认新开模具参数，并协助采购部门进行模具报价提交国外批准；协助采购部门寻找关键零件供应商，以及重点新物料的开发跟进；

3.1 Follow up the purchasing process of the reference samples.
3.1跟进采购部门的参考样板购买情况；

3.2 Developing the potential suppliers on new materials and crucial parts by cooperating with related Department.
3.2与相关团队密切配合，开发新材料及关键零件供应商。

3.3 Fully communicate with Mould supplier. Analyze the feasibility of the molds making process for our new product, and provide revision plans for it in order to reduce the products’ defects.
3.3同模具供应商作有效沟通，就新产品的模具制作的可行性进行分析，并提供新产品的修改方案，避免产生产品缺陷

4. Other routine tasks or urgent tasks assigned by R&D Manager.
4、协助研发部经理交付的日常或突发任务。


Required qualification:
任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Manufacturing and Industrial Design or other equivalents.
1、本科学历以上，机械制造或工业设计等相关专业；

2. Proficient in English reading and writing. Be able to communicate with foreign colleagues in English through E-mail.
2、能熟练使用英文与国外团队进行邮件沟通，良好的英语听说能力；

3. More than 3 years working experience in product design area. The foreign enterprises ‘experiences and the experience with consumer electronics products area are preferred.
3、三年以上产品设计相关工作经验，有外资企业工作背景和电子消费类产品工作经验优先考虑；

4. Familiar with the performance and forming process of plastic components and metallic material, has a basic understanding of mold structure.
4、熟悉塑料、金属材料性能和成型工艺，对模具结构有一定了解；

5. Strong in the details hands-on. Be able to design a simple prototype board with the assembling and the testing.
5、动手能力强，可设计简单的手板（或外购）及进行手板组装验证；

6. Familiar with the mainstream 3D design software and Auto CAD.Master in Solidworks.
6、熟练使用主流三维设计软件及Auto CAD软件。熟练掌握Solidworks。

公司在惠州惠阳拥有制造组装工厂，同时在南山蛇口设有研发办公室。

薪酬福利情况(工厂)：
1、工作制为5天8小时，加班费按照劳动法计算。所有一线员工、技能工人等实行QR奖金及绩效奖金政策,收入水平远高于市场水平。
2、每月12号准时发放工资，进厂即按劳动法要求购买社保，住房公积金；

3、享有国家法律/法规规定的法定节假日以及带薪年假、产假、丧假、工伤假等。

4、生活娱乐设施健全，厂区设有：有篮球场、兵乓球室，桌球室、员工活动休闲吧及培训活动中心等，业余康乐活动丰富多彩；
