1. Campaign & Event Planning
- To Organize monthly in Store Animation according to schedule
- Research industry event opportunities. Initiate and develop relationships with external event organizers, securing and executing on all event sponsorships. Identify and leverage speaking opportunities for the Experian Team.
- Support the management and execution of Beauty products across all channels including campaigns and events.
- Coordinate events including booking of venues, branding & signage, set up and pack down at events, collateral & merchandise, staff rosters, briefing of staff when required and pre & post event briefing documents.
- Manage external agencies where appropriate to support campaign execution.
- New Product / SKU Launch organization
- Liaise and cooperate with different functional development in execution
- Following up Beauty Class and roadshow, implement the plan
2. Marketing Communications
- Contribute to the development and manage the implementation of marketing communications programs and collaterals.
- Work with sales and account management to identify key clients to participate in client advocacy programs.
- Support and coordinate new project / product development with local suppliers
- Manage and guide agencies to work efficiently and effectively.
- Perform monthly reporting and analysis to address improving areas and set action plans accordingly
- Manage and update database of brand knowledge, product information, store information, campaign/event/promotion information
3. CRM Materials Production, Sourcing & Allocation
- Produce and allocate daily necessities to stores, including Thank You Card, POS Signage and Customer Information Card on a monthly basis
- Design, produce and allocate seasonal loyalty brochure to stores on a quarterly basis
- Loyalty/Reward program gift sourcing (via Merchandising & global GWP pool), allocation and inventory management
- Vendor & cost management
4. Demand Generation
- Leverage a broad mix of marketing programs to generate demand for revenue increase, including integrated multi-touch programs, customer events, content marketing as well as digital marketing.
- Create marketing collaterals and product value story to enable business revenue and meet customer needs.
5. Support Global Initiatives
- Maintain constant communications with global/APAC marketing teams and translate global initiatives into China marketing campaigns.
- Share best practices with global/APAC teams.
6. Event Budget Plan & Spent Management
- Forecast and manage assigned event budget for marketing programs and projects within budget allocation.
- Report YTD expense vs budget plan on a monthly basis
