珠海某房地产公司高薪诚聘工程副总

任职要求：

1、 工民建、土木工程、机电工程、工程管理或相关专业本科及以上学历，工程

技术类中、高级职称；年龄35～55；

2、 8年以上工程项目管理经验，4年以上高管工作经验，有2个以上工程项目

管理经验；

3、 熟悉规划设计、工程管理和工程竣工验收相关规范与标准，工程设计和施工

专业知识扎实，较强的工程组织管理和协调能力，能有效对开发进度、工程质量、成本和安全施工进行管理和控制，能够解决各专业工程问题；

4、 具有商业地产开发项目或大型商场、写字楼、酒店工程管理经验者优先；

5、 具有设计院工作经验者优先。
