职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and administer all aspects of the Order Management process for designated Accounts, from order receipt to fulfillment, working closely with the Planning/Sales Support Specialists/Sales and assigned Customers.

 2. Primary responsibility for customer relationship management at key customer contract manufacturers in Malaysia.

 3. Process and contribute to the resolution of issues arising out of delivery delinquency, customer complaints and product returns.

 4. Customer Issues support for designated territory/accounts/Sales Manager.

 5. SAP/Oracle order entry and management from receipt to fulfillment.

 6. Customer focus and relationship management.

 7. Continual liaison with global Customer Service Team/Sales Support Specialists, Planning, Sales and Operations.

 8. Maintain and manage all aspects of the VMI (consignment) process where relevant.

 9. Customer and Management reporting as required.

 10. This position is currently scoped as full-time (40 hours per week, 5 days per week). Flexible hours and part-time work may be considered for a candidate with exceptional qualifications.

 
Qualifications:
 

1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited college or university in Business Administration (or similar).

2.3 years or above related working experience in Customer Services/Order Management.

3. Knowledge of Optical and/or electronic components is preferred.

4.3 years of Order Management or Customer Service experience.

5. Experience with Order Management/Order Processing on one of the major ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Sage, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

6. Excellent Oral and Written English, Chinese.
