Responsibilities
? Independently write bilingual Beijing quarterly market research reports
? Provide research support to both internal and external clients
? Monitor and maintain research database
? Work with regional research teams to provide timely market reports
? Support dept head in public relations efforts
Requirements
? Degree holder in real estate, finance, economics or a related discipline
? At least 2 years’ relevant experience in property industry, market research or consultancy preferred
? Experience in statistics, forecasting and research tools and techniques preferred
? Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Chinese word processing
? Good analytical skills and attentive to detail
? Excellent organisational and time management skills
