职位描述：
? Set the requirements of the products and communicate to the suppliers;
? Ensure the suppliers meet the requirements of the quality and the deadline of the order;
? Keep existing supplier information update and implement vendor rating with supplier chain;
? Manage SAP code application for new supplier and coordinate with supplier to sign Code of Conduct;
? Discuss payment terms with suppliers;
? In collaboration with the division buyer, define the costs objectives for the year (i.e. standard costs);
? In collaboration with the R&D department, define the cost breakdown of the products under development;
? Perform internal/external cost comparison of the products/components;
? Monitor and track each cost impact/saving during project development；
? Analyze cost breakdown and evaluate possibilities of cost saving;
? Support the collection of material cost information from main vendors;
? Negotiate with the suppliers about the cost of the products/components;
? Review and update the price list; and provide to Artsana and sister company;
? Negotiation for product replacement free of charge due to quality problem;
? Negotiation for rework fee at supplier expense due to quality problem found in Artsana;
? Negotiation for air freight at supplier account due to shipment delay.
? Good collaboration and team work;
