职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Lead customer's lighting technical/application request for New Product requests/projects and develop customized solutions via close collaboration with Sales and global HIDL R&D teams. Primary focus to be provided to flash products (i.e. Industrial and Photonics Flash lamp products) Support will also be given to SSL, Cermax, and Analytical products.
2. In the product families described above, closely connect with customers' engineering/R&D team for new project development, providing technical support through the proposal phase
3. In the product families described above, assist sales and product management teams to achieve target revenue via new opportunity realization
4. Technical contact for customer's quality feedback; coordinate with Excelitas's global Lighting quality teams to ensure high product quality
5. Localize the Flash technical document/information (i.e., datasheet, application notes, white papers, catalogues, presentations, etc.) for Mainland China
6. Gather information from R&D team, customers, and sales team to regularly report to Engineering Manager the status of key projects and opportunities as it relates to the new product pipeline
7. Periodically provide technical/application training for customer related to company's product development which may need Lighting solutions
8. Visit customers and related shows/seminars to understand Lighting niche market technical/application
9. Manage Mainland China customer's technical documents (as, confirmed datasheet, NDAs, etc.), as it pertains to Lighting customers
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above and major in Electronics or Optoelectronics from an accredited institution, BSEE or BS is a must, MSEE or MS is preferred
2. 3-5 years working experiences in engineering function of a multinational company with at least 1 year in application support role
3. Prior product development and or project management experience is desired
4. Related Knowledge of electronic components or Optoelectronics
5. Understand OEM/ODM new product development process
6. Fast learner, self-learner with the new developing business
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and English proficiency, in addition to proficiency in Mandarin
8. High energy, strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and results-oriented process orientation
9. Good teamwork spirit and dedication to work
10. Good professional presentation skills
11. Able to travel and be able to work in high pressure, approximate 20-30% overnight travel expected inside and outside of territory for meetings
