达曼公司关键客户管理团队成员,向客户管理团队领导汇报。 负责客户关键品类的自有品牌管理与发展,代表达曼方驱动业务进展,制定和执行品牌战略及商业计划
Reporting to the Account Lead, the incumbent is responsible for the Private Brand management of key categories. As a major Daymon business driver, he/she has overall responsibility for preparation and execution of strategic and business plans.

? 品类管理及新产品
? 对客户现有的品类执行情况分析,制定和建议品类管理战略;
? 开发使消费者更多受益的新产品,并管理好现有的产品线;
? 借助并整合公司不同职能团队(包括分析、品类管理、采购、品牌及市场、质管、包装设计和门店管理等)的工作以管控好新产
Category Management and New Product Development
? Manages assigned categories, performs analysis, and develops and recommends strategy within assigned area of responsibility
? Develop new products with a clear benefit to the consumer and manage existing product lines
? Manage New Product Launch process through multifunctional project team with different functions like Analytics, Category Management, Sourcing, Marketing & Branding, QA, Packaging Design, and Store Management.
? Conduct Category Reviews
? Interprets trends and other sales analysis data
? Prepare tactics (4Ps) plan of the existing assortment and ensures it is executed
? Drives innovative product development, concepts, and processes

? 与市场经理在市场计划、产品促销、广告、店内陈列、促销策略、数字营销方面共同协作;
? 在市场营销、品牌管理和消费者数据分析方面不断创新提升,引导团队提供更多的服务体验并覆盖更多供应商。
? 供应商开发与管理
? 发展强有力的供应商关系,与供应商达成一致意见,共同达成相互确定的目标。
? 管理现有PB线、包装品的库存及服务水平。
? 协作和关系管理
? 有效利用各类市场资源,促进与客户间的高效协作;
? 与客户友好协商,并影响和说服客户,有效销售达曼的服务。
? 提升与客户沟通的战略导向;
? 提升达曼与客户间的关系联络;
? 不断增强和提升同事的信任和工作经验, 促进达曼成为一个理想的工作场所。
Brand and Marketing management
? Demonstrate functional expertise in all facets of Private Brand & Branding via on-the-job development, educational and networking opportunities
? Co-work with marketing manager on marketing plans; product promotions; advertising; in-store displays; merchandising strategies; digital marketing
? Demonstrate increased innovation and autonomy around marketing, brand management and consumer data analytics; may lead team providing more experience and covering more suppliers
? Supplier Development and Management
? Develop strong supplier relationships by obtaining alignment and developing and delivering on mutually established goals
? Manage the stock and level of service of the existing PB lines, and the packaging production
? Collaboration and Relationship Management
? Collaborates and partners with marketing resources
? Performs activities in a consultative manner, influencing and convincing buyers, effectively selling Daymon services
? Elevate the conversation with customer to the strategy level within assigned area of responsibility
? Increase Daymon business connectivity with customers
? Continuously enhance the trust and work experience of associates to make Daymon a desired workplace

任职要求

A) 工作经验及专业要求

? 本科学历,学士学位;工商管理硕士或研究生学位优先
? 至少3年相关工作经验;5年优先考虑
? 具有建立和培育品牌的经验;自有品牌管理经验优先考虑
? 具有在复杂环境中取得成果的能力
? 熟悉产品开发、市场营销、零售、品类管理
? 有效建立和维护客户和同事间关系
A) Experience Required

? Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Graduate Degree preferred
? 3 years of professional work experience required; 5 years preferred
? Experience in building and nurturing brands; private brand management a plus
? Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex environment
? Good grasp of Product Development, Marketing, Retail, Category Management
? Effective in building and maintaining customer and associate relationships
